Projects and workspaces
Each app you build in Bool is a project (a “Bool”). Projects live inside a workspace — your personal workspace by default, or a shared team workspace if you’re part of one.
Finding your projects
The projects page lists everything in your current workspace, with a grid/list toggle and sort by last updated, created, or name. Use the scope filters to narrow down to:
- Personal — projects only you have
- Private — projects with restricted live access
- Shared — projects you collaborate on with others
- Archived — projects you’ve archived
Group filters and search are also available if your workspace has a lot of projects.
Managing a project
From a project’s card menu you can:
- Star/favorite it for quick access
- Copy its link
- Share it (workspace projects, owner only)
- Move it to a different workspace
- Archive or restore it
Renaming and deleting live inside the project itself, under Dashboard → Settings.
Workspaces
A workspace groups projects, members, and billing together. Personal workspaces are just for you; shared/team workspaces add member roles, workspace-wide sharing, and centralized billing — see Plans and billing. Ask whoever manages your team’s workspace for an invite link to join it.
